I haven’t posted much lately, mainly because I’m pissed off. This new law that came into effect on June 23rd that prohibits us from using sexually explicit pics or movies UNLESS you have the proper doc’s of the model. Like I have mentioned many times in my writings here I have been a webmaster for 6 years. That basically means that all the $1000’s of content that I have bought through those years is worthless. Every gallery, site, avs, I have made (except for the past few months) have to be destroyed. It doesn’t matter if the picture is of a 60 year old grandmother, its considered child p0rn0grahy, unless YOU (me) can prove her age otherwise with her drivers license and other documentation, (Signed model release) etc. Thses laws are being fought by the Free Speech Coalition, who are trying to pass an injunction to stop this, the bad part about that is the hearing is not set until August 8th. Anyway….. its stops me from posting my OWN galleries here now and I must rely on sponsor hosted galleries. Not that there is anything wrong with them, but they can be found everywhere. I like putting up content that is new. Since I won’t have as much to post, I will probably be posting less. This is a business that I care about, but its changed and the new rules are impossible to follow. Will it help stop child p0rn0grahy? I doubt it, I think they want to put the legal adult webmasters out of business. Will it stop hardcore porn? I don’t think so because many webmasters are from other countries and do not have to follow our rules. Porn is something that will never be stopped!
